I'm Gary Thornton, and I've been in the building trade since I was 16. Started as a labourer, got my bricklaying NVQ, worked my way up to site manager, then started Thornton Building Services in 2004. Twenty years later we're a team of 8, and we still do things the same way - price it fairly, start when we say we will, finish when we say we will, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.
